After submitting your picnic request, I reach out with a booking confirmation and we decide on scheduling, and special requests or menu adjustments, and childcare planning.
THE WEEK BEFORE

About a week before your scheduled picnic, I'll send a reminder email with predicted weather conditions and any last minute questions. The initial invoice will be included as well, with a 50% deposit due 48 hours before your picnic.
DAY OF PICNIC

Get excited! Just meet me in the park at our planned location and your picnic will be fully set up and ready to enjoy! If your package includes childcare, the kids and I will go on a park adventure while you enjoy the picnic spread and return at your scheduled end time. I'll handle clean up & you're all set!
